The site kept crashing, customers couldn't get their orders in and for all the money we spent we wasted we would have been better off putting only our phone number on our frontpage and hiring people to answer the calls. He was unprofessional and came with few references from friends. Unfortunately he had no idea what a shopping cart was and spent months building a site that in the end did absolutely nothing for us.
